Seller and buyer
These commercial terms govern relationships between seller MotoSP registered office at 33 Nikolaou Plastira, Likovrissi, 14123 Athens and Tax registration number (VAT no) EL046290090 (hereinafter referred to as "seller"), and buyer regarding the offer and sale of products on www.MotoSP.gr.
Buying contract
The purchase order is a draft purchase contract. The purchase contract between the buyer and seller originates when seller confirms the purchase order to the buyer. In this moment, the rights and responsibilities between the seller and the buyer become valid and effective.
The seller confirms the binding purchase order via e-mail latest 2 days from the day of receiving the purchase order from the buyer. By confirming the purchase order, the seller commits to deliver the ordered goods and transfer the ownership of these goods to the buyer. The buyer commits to take over and pay the purchase price for these goods. If an order is not accepted, MotoSP shall notify the buyer of this within seven (7) days of receiving the order. Buyer can check their order status by logging into their account.
Intellectual and industrial property rights - trademarks - logos
Except for specified exceptions (copyright of third parties and affiliates), all of MotoSP.gr content, including pictures, graphics, photographs, texts, services and all other files on this website are copyrighted, registered trademarks and service marks of MotoSP.gr and protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European law. Therefore, none of these may be wholly or partially sold, copied, modified, reproduced, republished, or "loaded", transmitted or distributed in any way. The visitor / user understands and accepts that he has no right to reproduce, copy, sell, resell and / or commercially exploit in any manner all or part of the contents of MotoSP.gr.
Protection of Privacy
MotoSP.gr follows strict policies in the protection of your privacy and all payment information you send to us and is processed safely. Your personal data remains on the company's server only.
In abiding with Greek Law no. 2472/97, personal customer data is used exclusively for the execution and receipt of orders, personalized services and statistics. Customer data are not transferred to third parties. Customer has the right to access any information he has given us (access No. 12 Greek Law 2472/97) and to raise any objections to the processing of data concerning him (right to object No. 13 of Law 2472/97 ).
Limitation of Liability
MotoSP.gr bears no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss that may result from the inability to use this site and any errors, interruptions, defects or delays in the operation of this site or the transmission of information via Internet.
Security
To protect transaction of data moving through this website, we use 256-bit SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL is a communication protocol that encrypts communication between your terminal and our website server. The decoding of your information is extremely strong and is practically indecipherable.

Force Majeure
MotoSp shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions of Sale caused by failure of any machine, system of authorization, data processing or communications system, transmission link, strikes, lockouts, riots, war, fire, acts of God, accidents, material or transportation shortages, governmental restrictions or injunctions, or denial of import or export licenses, or compliance with any law, regulation or order, or due to any other circumstances or causes that have the effect of frustrating performance of these Terms & Conditions of Sale, or any other cause beyond the control of MotoSP.
Receipt of goods
The buyer is responsible for checking the goods before taking them over from the delivery service representative. If the buyer finds that the order has some damages caused by the transport, he is responsible to check together with the delivery service representative if the goods are damaged too. If the goods are damaged, the buyer is responsible to write a note about this damage and confirm (stamp) this document by the delivery service representative.
By signing the delivery note to the delivery service company, the buyer agrees with the takeover of the goods and confirms arrival without any damage. Later claims to return or exchange the goods caused by transport will not be considered and will be rejected.
The buyer is responsible to inform the seller about potential damage of goods during transport immediately, latest 1 day after goods receipt. This can be done either by phone (0030) 210 2832767 or by email at: info@motosp.gr.
Governing Law
All agreements between seller and buyer which are subject to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the courts of Athens.
These terms and conditions come into effect on February 7, 2013.
