Method of Payment
There are two methods of payment, credit card payment or through your PayPal account. MotoSP accepts credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and electronic Debit cards. The entire payment process is carried out and completed by PayPal, in order to provide you with all the necessary safety guarantees regarding electronic transactions.
When will my credit card be charged?
MotoSP will charge your credit card at the beginning of your order. You will only be charged for parts that will be shipped, non available parts, i.e backorder parts, will not be charged if your order is shipped without them.
Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Euro € and do not include 24% national value added tax or VAT. All items invoiced will include V.A.T in their final pricing. Prices include handling & packaging of parts as well. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the unlikely possibility that a value does not match that of your order, we will notify you before charging or send your spare parts.
If you are a business / trader and reside in the EU, you are then eligible for VAT exemption. Please read official VAT information for traders in the EU from the European Communities’ website:

Shipping of spare parts orders
Most orders are shipped between 3 to 15 business days. Common spare parts such as service parts are shipped the next day for most models. Slower moving parts might require a few extra days for shipment, since we need to receive these from the manufacturer.
All national orders are sent by Geniki Taxydromiki courier. Parcels will be delivered the next business day (from receipt) in Greece, except for specific remote destinations where delivery time is two (2) days.
Once your order has been shipped by us, you will receive an email with your tracking number (tracker-ID code). Through the Track-Trace function from Geniki Taxydromiki website and speedex, you can track your shipment in real time:

Orders outside of Greece, will be shipped via courier or post and delivery time is 3-5 days for European countries and 4-10 days for other destinations.
Customers outside of Greece, receiving their orders through post or courier will be informed with their relative tracking number, which can be used to track your order .
Shipping costs of spare parts orders
Prefecture of Attica:
For shipping in Attica with next day delivery, the shipping costs are 4.00 euro for the first 2 kilos. For each additional kilo, an additional cost of 0.95 euro per kilo is charged.
Rest of Greece:
For shipping to inland destinations with next day delivery, the shipping costs are 5.00 euro for the first 2 kilos. For each additional kilo, an additional cost of 0.95 euro per kilo is charged.
Greek Islands:
For shipping to island destinations with delivery up to two working days, the shipping costs are 5.00 euro for the first 2 kilos. For each additional kilo, an additional cost of 1.50 euro per kilo is charged.
Orders outside of Greece will be shipped via post or courier. You will be informed with delivery costs upon completion of your order.
Availability and Backorders
There is the chance that some specific parts may not be available from our stock or the manufacturer. If any spare part is not available through our suppliers, you will be informed immediately about the time of availability within 48 hours from the time of your order by e-mail or telephone.
In this case, you will have the option to keep your order status and receive your spare parts at a later date, or cancel these parts without any charges.
Receipt of goods
The buyer is responsible for checking the goods before taking them over from the delivery service representative. If the buyer finds that the order has some damages caused by the transport, he is responsible to check together with the delivery service representative if the goods are damaged too. If the goods are damaged, the buyer is responsible to write a note about this damage and confirm (stamp) this document by the delivery service representative.
By signing the delivery note to the delivery service company, the buyer agrees with the takeover of the goods and confirms arrival without any damage. Later claims to return or exchange the goods caused by transport will not be considered and will be rejected.
The buyer is responsibiliy for duties , taxes, and customs clearans fees.
